The Meaning of Mentorship
As a Services Sales Intern, I had the opportunity to shadow and learn from 3 incredible individuals: Reilee Williams, Laddie Suk, and Ro O'Brien.
From Reilee, I learned the value of adaptable authenticity.
From Laddie, I learned the meaning of thought.
From Ro, I learned the art of caring.
While shadowing calls and working in collaboration with my mentors, I found that every successful endeavor is based in preparation. Doing the hard work means thinking smart ahead of time, and then being ready to conversate in calls.
