Collaboration is Key
What does it mean to collaborate as an Services Sales Rep. and an Inside Sales Rep.?
I had the opportunity to learn from Jordan Singer and a few different ISR's over the course of my time here at Dell.
What I found while shadowing Reilee, is that in order to benefit mutually in the ISR, SSR relationship, there needed to be open communication.
I would be in calls talking with Reilee, and an ISR would need advice or information from Reilee. Rather than cutting the meeting off, we just added them to the call, talked for 3 minutes, and went forward with conversation.
While meeting with Jordan, and ISR 3, we talked about her day to day projects.
She manages many accounts, and focuses on balancing her day to lean into working as a trusted advisor.
Whether that be outbounding in her call schedule, or collaborating with individuals such as Reilee, she is always on the move.
The number one insight she told me to follow through on? Build a relationship.
